AI Content Policy

General Policies

FlakFerret LLC, the Sole Proprietorship and all of my associates have unanimously agreed not to employ AI in any form for any reason.  We have also agreed not to engage with AI content of any kind, including processing AI derived images for printing.

Bluntly, no product will be printed, published, offered for sale or otherwise vended that was in any way created from or derived from a generative AI product

Publisher Policies

AI content of any kind is forbidden to be published on this website by any person with the role of “publisher” or higher.  My associates are very aware of this policy, and any person who may be considered to be an associate or pending this status will be briefed as such.

All posts, art, sections, functions, processes, scripts and so on will be original and constructed by a person, or it will not be published.

Financial Policies

Payment Processing

Payment processing on this website is handled by Stripe.  All payment gateways, including the gateways used to process transactions with WooCommerce are handled by Stripe.  This website operates all payment fields, storefronts, and other commerce endpoints according to Stripe’s Terms of Service.

Hold Harmless for Errors Procedure

All payment processing occurs through a Stripe API.  No payment process is handled through this website itself.  As such, any errors, such as a double charge, failure to charge, errant charge, tax miscalculation, tariff miscalculation or other related error are not the fault of mine or of FlakFerret LLC.

Such errors may be brought to my attention so that I may assist you through getting help from Stripe.  I do not guarantee against fault, and will not take liability for fault with payment processing errors, and make a Hold Harmless claim for any such errors if they arise.

Chargeback and Disputes

Chargebacks are wholly unacceptable, and will result in legal remedy via litigation through civil and criminal means of pursuit.

Stripe provides the necessary resources to initiate legal action against fraud and theft via chargeback.  Not only will you be relentlessly pursued for damages for such conduct, but your identity and method of payment will be globally flagged as high risk for all other vendors using Stripe as a payment processor.

You will be blacklisted, and forwarded for referral to blacklists shared among my associates for charging back any order from my website, invoice, or any other payment processed through my payment gateways.

I would be happy to issue a refund for dissatisfaction or other such faults of quality or failure to uphold any of my guarantees.  Say the word, and I will send back your entire purchase.  It’s literally a button push in my Stripe dashboard, it’s not complicated.

Disputes are welcome as well.  If you received a product that does not satisfy you 100%, then negotiations for a partial or full return are fine.  If you believe a price to be unfair, let me know.  Nothing is final, and I am very accommodating.

Pricing, Tax and Shipping Policies

Product Pricing

All products on the website are priced with shipping, manufacturing and other costs already accounted for.  What you see is what you pay.  Adjustments for special and custom orders are factored into the quoted price before the order is placed.

My failure to account for any cost is MY liability.  I will be expected to pay any costs that arise out of oversight, including materials, manufacture, shipping and damage prevention.  Errors which I claim will never be passed onto any client or customer.

Price Negotiations

No price on this website is final!  Feel free to negotiate!

If you think you can get a better deal, I would love to offer it to you!  My first goal for this shop is to beat VistaPrint’s prices.  My second goal is to make sure that you can afford to shop my products and custom work.

Feel free to dispute your quotes, too!  ALWAYS feel free to drop me a message using my Contact Page if you need to adjust a price!  It would not hurt me to cut a deal every once in a while!  Just make sure to include your order number so that I can link your request!

Tax

Your sales tax is covered by the sale price of the item.  For custom work, your sales tax is a pre-calculated factor and will be itemized as part of your quote.  You may request me to send your quote or final amount at any time for your own tax purposes.

Shipping

Domestic shipping is covered by each order.  Each order is priced to account for USPS standard shipping with package tracking and order value liability insurance included.  Shipping upgrades are available for rush orders and time-sensitive requirements.

International shipping may incur a rate paid through half buyer and half vendor liability, as well as costs expected to be paid for customs and tariffs.  Each standard international order will be priced on a flat fee schedule for expected costs.  Any costs charged in excess will be refunded to the buyer as partial refunds, or for credit toward future purchases; the choice of the buyer.

All custom orders, whether domestic or international will be quoted with shipping prices itemized on a case-by-case basis.  Any product which will be shipped will be signed for customs by myself, the authorized agent of the proprietorship.  As such, any shipping concerns or customs errors should be raised to me so that they may be handled.

Fines which may result from inaccurate customs information will be my liability as a claimed cost.  Such costs will not impact the price or quoted price of custom work.
